What you will do
- Prepare individual federal and state income tax returns accurately
- Review client documents and ask the right follow-up questions
- Explain returns to clients clearly and in plain language
- Work with the Lux team online throughout the season
What we are looking for
- Experience preparing individual returns (Form 1040)
- An active PTIN, or the willingness to obtain one before the season
- Comfort working with clients and tax software remotely
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication
